All products contain alcohol. Descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring delivery to your address complies with applicable law.

Compliance

Sales are made in accordance with applicable alcohol beverage laws. Orders to states or addresses where we cannot lawfully ship will be cancelled and refunded.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Siplo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
