Alcohol sales are final
Due to state and federal alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of alcoholic beverages once an order has shipped. All sales of alcohol are final.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@siplo.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Undeliverable orders
If a shipment is returned because no eligible adult (21+) was available to sign, the address was invalid, or delivery was refused, we can reship at your expense or refund the product less original shipping and any return fees.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
